Nouto Postista

Posti säilyttää paketteja 7 vuorokautta, minkä jälkeen paketti palautuu meille. Viimeinen noutopäivä mainitaan Postin lähettämän noudettavissa ilmoituksen yhteydessä. Yli 50 kg paketit vain Postin lavakuljetuksella, hinta 50,00 €. Toimitus 1-3 viikkoa.

Postin kotiinkuljetus

Postin kotipaketit toimitetaan kotiovelle kello 9-21 välillä sovittuna aikana. Kotiinkuljetuksesta tulee 12,00 €:n lisämaksu.

Palautus

1.    Kirjaa palautus asiakastilillesi.

2.    Pakkaa palautettavat tuotteet laatikkoon ja kiinnitä palautuskortti laatikon päälle.

3.    Vie Paketti PostNordin MyPack-pisteeseen.

4.    Hyvitämme palauttamiesi tuotteiden hinnan, kun olemme vastaanottaneet ja käsitelleet palautuksesi. Saat vahvistuksen sähköpostitse, kun palautuksesi on rekisteröity onnistuneesti.

Delivery methods

Pickup from Posti

Posti will store packages 7 days. After that packages will return to us. Last pickup day will be noted in the context of a retrieval notification from Posti. Over 50 kg packages only by bulk transport from Posti price is 50,00 €. Delivery within 1-3 weeks.

Posti’s home delivery

Posti’s home packages are delivered to the home door at the agreed time between the clock 9-21. Home delivery will become a 12.00 € extra charge.

Returns

1.    Register a refund to your customer account.

2.    Pack the returned items in the box and attach the return card over the box.

3.    Export the package to the PostNord MyPack.

4.    We will refund the price of your returned items after we receive and process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been successfully registered.
